Like every modern professional firm, we use trusted technology to do good work for you. This includes secure cloud storage, email, online booking, payment processing, accounting software, document review and drafting tools, and digital signatures.

Many immigration applications involve family members, including children. Where a parent or guardian provides information about a minor as part of a family application, we treat that information with the same care as the rest of the file. Our services are intended for adults; we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.

You also have the right to contact Canada’s Office of the Privacy Commissioner or the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants directly about any privacy matter.
If MAK Canadian Immigration Services is ever transferred to a successor practice, merged with another firm, or otherwise reorganized, your file may transfer with it so that your representation continues without interruption. Any successor will be bound by the same privacy commitments described in this policy, and you’ll be notified of any material change.
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always at www.makimmigration.ca/privacy. For material changes, we’ll notify active clients by email.
